Wow!

Every year Rocknations just get's better and better! We had such an amazing time and from all the emails and facebook messages we've received it sounds like those of you that were there did too!

I'm sure the rocknations crowd get wilder and wilder every year, the passion in the crowd was absolutely amazing. We did a bunch of new songs and media pieces in our worship, we even got into some dance music in there. The atmosphere was absolutely electric and I know so many young people were profoundly impacted not just by the worship but by the amazing word that was preached over the conference.

Although amongst so many great memories it’s hard to say I think the 2 things I’ll remember most from the conference was firstly seeing some of our younger musicians (aged 14 and 15) play at Rocknations for the first time. It was awesome to see them come in at that level and just totally go for it with such passion and energy as well as actually playing great!

My other favourite moment had to be when we launched into a huge dance track for no other reason than to just have a party and praise God in a new way. The atmosphere was unbelievable, it’s just so cool to have such freedom in our worship and to see the light going on in young people that praise and worship doesn’t have to be 1 fast song and 2 slow ones!
