How Lovely You Are
Have you ever been in that place with God where words seem to fail you? Where you are so moved by the presence of God that words could never explain 'how lovely' HE truly is?
You can't quite put into words how beautiful HE is? Words seem clumsy and pointless? That's when we get over into a place, a longing and ache that expresses things that the mind can't understand, Oh but the heart can...
The apostle Paul spoke about this in Romans 8 where the heart aches and goes beyond words and moves into a cry or a yearning that our words have no way of communicating.
This is how I felt when I wrote this song... My whole being was in awe and moved by GOD and this song began to tumble out... I hope this song blesses you and speaks to you.

Clearly Now
Hi there guys and girls! The Word of God teaches us, 'that we see in a mirror, dimly, but then we shall see face to face...' (1 Cor 13:12). Sometimes in life we find ourselves looking as it were, through cloudy spectacles, and we struggle to see God in our situation. I wanted to write a song that was a cry from my heart - a call to God, to remove everything in me that keeps me from seeing Jesus. A prayer, asking Him to 'invade my life' and help me see this world from His perspective. He is a Consuming Fire - and we need His fire to remove the things in us that block our view of seeing how magnificent Jesus really is! I pray this song blesses you and speaks to you.

Hi there awesome people!
Wow… what a magnificent time to be alive! The Bible says in Psalm 118:24 – ‘This is the day that the LORD has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.’
It’s a decision everyday to choose to rejoice and be glad. Sure we go through stuff in life that can be challenging and get us down – but let’s choose to look a little higher today and draw on the presence and promises of God. Every day is a new day filled with provision, forgiveness and opportunity. Let’s not dwell on the past but keep pushing forward into every good thing that God has destined for our lives. We have ‘a future and a hope’ and the apostle Paul said in Philippians 1:6 – ‘being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.’ What an awesome promise! God is doing a good work in our lives and will continue this until the day we meet Him face to face. So let us not draw back but keep on pressing forward!
It’s a joy to be a part of Abundant Life Church. This is an incredible place. God is moving here… changing, restoring and building people’s lives. I have been a part of the leadership team here for 6 years now and it’s a privilege to serve underneath Pastor Paul and Glenda Scanlon’s ministry. So much is happening here from week to week… we are consistently seeing so much growth and change in the hearts of people. It’s incredible to stand and watch the younger generation coming through with strength & conviction. I am awed by what God is doing in each one of them who decide to go after God with their whole heart. I love seeing the next generation get a revelation of Jesus and also a love and passion for the local church. There is no greater cause to be a part of than to serve God in your local community – it is the breeding ground for greatness! Foundations of character are built there and this is what will hold you in good stead when times of struggle come knocking at your door. I thank God for the wisdom we have in this house… it’s made me a better man.
Well… I’m busy at the moment rehearsing and preparing to take a band out to different churches around the UK and Europe. I have created what’s called, ‘A Worship Experience,’ which is a night of praise and worship coupled with my testimony. I’m excited about it and am so looking forward to meeting new people and bringing the sound of our house to theirs. We are going to have a fantastic time praising God together! We are due to kick off in July – I will give you more info’ shortly so watch this space!
