Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.

Delivery Promise
All orders are normally dispatched to the delivery address that you supply within 14 days of placing your order. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised dispatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to dispatch of your order.
Delivery costs
All of our products have been weighed and the site then calculates the relevant postage cost from the royal mail tariffs. http://www.royalmail.com. We post everything first class within the UK and use regular airmail for all overseas postage.
Supply of Goods
Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Returns
We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
